
Production is set to begin in December 2022 with an initial batch of 1,700 units. The company has indicated that the production capacity is expected to reach about 6,000 units per year.
The export of the new WR-V is scheduled to commence in 2023; however, details regarding export volume and destinations have not been revealed yet.
The new Honda WR-V is positioned in the mini-SUV segment and competes with the Daihatsu Rocky and Toyota Raize.
